Chocolate Nice Cream
Summer is hot, but your desserts do not have to be! Nice cream is a healthy alternative I can really get on board with. This sugar-free, dairy-free, cappuccino "ice cream" will allow you to indulge in sweet, guilt-free bliss whenever you desire.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4-6 hours
Total Time: 6 hours and 10 minutes
Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Chop bananas + freeze for four hours
- After completely frozen, add bananas, vanilla extract, and cold brew coffee into a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Add cocoa powder and blend again until incorporated
- Pour into a freezer-friendly container
- Garnish with dark chocolate chips
- Serve and enjoy, or freeze for later
