- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp olive oil
-1/4 tsp cumin
Directions:
- Chop the carrots, potatoes, garlic, onion, leeks, and zucchini into square chunks
- Add dry and liquid ingredients into the crockpot
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
