Are you looking for something refreshing and new in the smoothie department? This creamy smoothie is subtle, packed with nutrients, and the perfect way to start a fresh day. This recipe is a Carly Cristman classic and an inexpensive way to receive an entire day's worth of Vitamin A.

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado 

  • 1 Banana 

  • 1 handful of spinach 

  • 3 cucumber slices 

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

  • Chia seeds (optional)

  • Incorporate all the elements into a blender

  • Pulse until smooth
